How to Locate the Generic Exchange Settings
- Go to Mail Central.
- Select your Exchange Mailbox.
- Select the Exchange Setup.
- Your settings for that mailbox are shown under Email Setup.

Are your mail records pointing to Account Support?
Your domain DNS settings control which hosting provider handles your email services. Double-check your settings to make sure they point to Account Support. If your domain is not registered with Account Support, you may need to update your Nameservers or MX Records.
