How to Create a Forward

  1. Log in to your Control Panel.
  2. Go to Mail Central.
  3. Click on the + icon.
  4. Select the Forward to another mailbox tab.
  5. Fill in a prefix for the forward (example: questions@your-domain.com).
  6. Select your domain using the dropdown box (example: questions@your-domain.com).
  7. Enter the email address you want to forward to (example: john@gmail.com)
  8. Click Create.
